Two works from Matthew Barney's Drawing Restraint 9 are included in the Here is Every. exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. The Deportment of the Host is a massive sculpture made from cast polycaprolactone thermoplastic and self-lubricating plastic depicting the tea ceremony room from the Nisshin Maru. Also on view (in the background of the above photograph) is Drawing Restraint 9: Shimenawa - a photograph of Barney and Bjork (as the Occidental Guests) kissing.
The exhibition will be on view through March 23, 2009.
